from the left was John Howard Anderson and probably the seated one would be the oldest, James.

Why mid to late 1860 estimate?
Because William Henry Anderson was living in Illinois in 1860's - 1880s and brother may of been traveling.

Jeff's Interpretation:
This picture is circa 1885, which is why Charlotte Anderson Mooney Dennis is not pictured, she died in 1884.
It is important to compare this picture to the circa 1860 image.
